After retiring Sue managed the Waters Lake Country Store and volunteered with the Gilchrist County Sheriff’s Office. She retired from the University of Florida as a payroll clerk. Sue was 74, born December 10,1946, in Gainesville, Florida. Using fresh milk, the Wainwrights make cheese twice weekly.Sue McDavid Hudson of Trenton died peacefully in her home surrounded by her family on Saturday, December 4, 2021. Their sons James and Roy work at the dairy and their daughters Lisa and Cheryl and their families help in the cheese plant.
